Digital Products Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
When Refunds May Be Considered
We may consider refunds in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: If the product is fundamentally broken and we cannot provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice
- Non-Delivery: If the product was not delivered and we cannot resolve the issue
Refund Request Process
- Contact us via Discord within 24 hours of purchase
- Provide your transaction ID and detailed explanation
- Allow up to 72 hours for review
- If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to read product description before purchase
- Incompatibility with your specific server setup (if requirements were clearly stated)
- Requests made more than 24 hours after purchase
- Products that have been used or modified
Chargebacks
Important: Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in:
- Permanent ban from our store
- Revocation of all licenses
- Potential legal action for fraud
