Digital Products Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

When Refunds May Be Considered

We may consider refunds in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: If the product is fundamentally broken and we cannot provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice
  • Non-Delivery: If the product was not delivered and we cannot resolve the issue

Refund Request Process

  1. Contact us via Discord within 24 hours of purchase
  2. Provide your transaction ID and detailed explanation
  3. Allow up to 72 hours for review
  4. If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to read product description before purchase
  • Incompatibility with your specific server setup (if requirements were clearly stated)
  • Requests made more than 24 hours after purchase
  • Products that have been used or modified

Chargebacks

Important: Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in:

  • Permanent ban from our store
  • Revocation of all licenses
  • Potential legal action for fraud
